After studying the science behind animal care, she knew she wanted to stay close to what she loves most—so she became a professional groomer. Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability, especially during peak hours. While we gladly welcome walk-ins for quick services such as nail trims, please note that full grooming sessions are best scheduled in advance. To avoid wait times and ensure your pet receives uninterrupted care, we encourage you to book online or give us a call ahead of your visit.
Is it possible to remain with my dog throughout their grooming appointment?
While we completely understand wanting to stay close to your dog, we kindly ask that owners do not remain during the grooming appointment. Having you nearby can often distract your dog, making it harder for them to relax and for us to safely complete the grooming process. Rest assured, your pup is in expert hands—we treat every pet with the utmost care, patience, and attention
How often should my dog receive professional grooming?
The recommended grooming schedule depends largely on your dog’s breed and coat type. Some dogs require more frequent maintenance to keep their coat healthy and looking its best. Of course, if you feel your pup could use a quick touch-up between full grooming sessions, we’re always happy to welcome them in.
What is your policy on rescheduling appointments?
We understand that plans can change. If you're unable to make your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can reschedule your visit and offer the slot to another client. Your consideration helps us provide the best experience for every pet we care for.
Are natural products used in your grooming services?
Yes, we use natural, gentle products designed to be kind to your dog’s coat and skin. Our shampoos and conditioners leave the fur soft, healthy, and lightly scented. If you have a specific shampoo you prefer for your dog, feel free to bring it with you—we’re happy to use it during the grooming session.
